Dear Parents and Guardians,

This is a reminder that all communication with the VJBL Administration at Basketball Victoria must be conducted exclusively through the Association Delegate.

Under no circumstances are parents, players, or team representatives to contact the VJBL directly. Direct contact by individuals may result in fines being issued to the Association. Where such fines are incurred due to unauthorised contact, the responsible individual may be required to reimburse the Association and may be subject to further action in accordance with Association policies.

If you have concerns please raise them directly with your team manager who may escalate to the Association if required.
